On 29th October 2019, R&R Partners Bucharest, represented by Ruxandra Vișoiu and Remus Popovici, held the “Startul în afaceri | De la idee la realitate” workshop. The event was organized in collaboration with OK Center and Bucureștiul Tinerilor.
Over the course of this workshop we discussed topics such as:
- When should you set up a company?
- What are the differences between PFA and SRL?
- How you choose the company which suits you most?
- Which type of firm pays the lowest taxes?
At the end of the workshop we also help a Q&A session, where the participants had the possibility to ask questions on the discussed topic.
The entrance was free and the purpose of the event was to teach interested people in the world of business or who already own a business, but still have questions regarding the applicable legislation in the field.
