R&R Partners recently had a great victory, in the controversial file on school manuals public procurement versus the Romanian Ministry of Education.

Our client, Booklet Publishing House, had been eliminated from the public procurement procedure without solid grounds. R&R Partners challenged this decision, and the National Council of Appeals (in Romanian: Consiliul National de Solutionare a Contestatiilor – CNSC) ruled in favor of our client and therefore ordered the National Council of Evaluation (in Romanian: Consiliul National de Evaluare si Examinare – CNEE), an institution part of the Ministry of Education, to reinstate Booklet into the procedures.
