On Friday, June 7th, Ruxandra and Remus held the latest R&R Partners legal seminar for young entrepreneurs, part of the series Starting a business – from idea to reality.

The presentation followed the steps of a business, from understating when you need to incorporate, what type of company to choose and the following legal steps to conduct business in a safe and legal manner.
