R&R Partners recovered 10.000 EUR in damages for its client, a Romanian goods transport company, following a car accident in Switzerland. The money was paid by the company for the cleaning a few meters of highway, following a accident caused by the Romanian driver. However, this amount could later be recovered from the insurance company, based on the mandatory civil liability insurance (in Ro: RCA), which had not been initially accepted by the Swiss authorities.
